When can I get to my container?
Customer access is 6am–7pm, seven days a week. Please arrange your first visit with us.
Are the containers indoors or outdoors?
All our storage containers are outside. You can drive up to the container doors to load and unload.
What can I store?
You can store furniture, boxes, tools, equipment, business stock and other items that fit safely inside your container. Leave enough room to close and lock the doors and reach anything you’ll need. If an item is hazardous, perishable or needs special handling or storage conditions, please speak to us before bringing it to the site.
How do I know whether my things will fit?
Send a rough list and the measurements of your largest items. How you pack, stack and access your belongings will affect the space you need. Typical internal size is approximately 5.90m long × 2.35m wide × 2.39m high, with a door opening approximately 2.34m wide × 2.29m high. Individual containers can vary; ask us to check any tight-fitting items.
Are my belongings insured?
We recommend arranging your own insurance for the belongings you store. Check with your insurer that your cover includes goods kept in an outdoor storage container, and make sure you understand any limits or exclusions before moving in.
How much notice do I need to give before leaving?
Please give us one calendar month’s notice before vacating so we can allocate the container to another customer. Billing is monthly in advance.
Do I need a padlock?
Bring your own padlock. You keep the key to your container. Ask which type is suitable before buying one.
Can you collect or move my belongings?
We don’t provide an in-house removals service. Ask us about local van hire and removal contacts. You arrange and pay for any separate service.
Does an enquiry reserve a container?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation about your requirements. Availability and your booking must be confirmed before you arrange to move in.
